Open the Meeting: The meeting was called to order at 4:20pm.
Accept the Minutes: A motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to accept the minutes of August 24, 2011. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
- The Board was updated as to the status of the Tower View LLC property on Main St. A request for a property visit was made on September 13, 2011 but they have not responded to date. The Board stated that they will continue with our part of the agreement that was made between the Town and Tower View LLC in the assessment of this property.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Abatements:
- 2011 Abatements in the amount of $939.58
The Board voted and approved the following Motor Vehicle Commitments:
- 2011 Commitment 05 in the amount of $37,793.33
- 2011 Recommitment 04A in the amount of $400.00
The Board voted and approved the following Chapterland applications:
- 11 Chapter 61A application for certification in FY13
- 19 Chapter 61B application for certification in FY13
The Board was updated on miscellaneous items.
The next meeting was scheduled for Monday October 17, 2011 at 4:15pm
ADJOURN: At 4:45pm, a motion was made by Allan and seconded by Michael to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
